Looking for a airy room and the best flatmate

I'm working as a brand strategist for a multinational and looking for a room which I can live at least 2 years. Beyond just a room, a long time friendly flatmate would be better. You can call or text me. I really prefer a flatmate who has at least a bachelor's degree. You know that, education is really important. Additionally, I don't like people like who fanatic about football, politics and religious belief. Cause I don't have neither of them. You might be a student or private sector employee. Doesn't matter. Also, I don't concern with your gender. Woman or man.. But women most of time more tidy then men so preferably a woman flatmate could be better. Your flat must have minimum 2 seperated room and be far away maximum 2,5 km to metro, marmaray or e-5. And it must be in Kadıköy, Ataşehir, or Maltepe. I smoke so I need a smokable area in flat. If you have a pet, I love them. Not a problem. Just I need a clean living space. You ought to be careful that. I'm really good at cooking.
